JOB DESCRIPTION
● Responsible for establishing good cooperative relations and daily maintenance with airlines, negotiating business agreements, and being responsible for the final implementation, establishing and maintaining strong cooperative relations with partners’
● In accordance with the region’s air ticket sales targets, break down, create, and carry out sales plans; additionally, investigate potential sales
● Internal communication, collaboration, and growth with multiple Trip departments (such as marketing, product team, revenue management, operation teams, and abroad business colleagues)
● Examine intricate data and use potent insights to advance flight business revenue growth and market share.
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor degree or above, preferred with 5 years experience in a similar role in the airlines industry
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills, logical thinking skills, and project management skills
● Proven experience in managing large accounts and negotiating contracts
● In-depth understanding of the tourism industry, and experience in travel technology products is preferred
● Keen market sense, strong data statistical analysis ability, clear thinking, and result-oriented
● Excellent business coordination ability, strong pressure resistance, and ability to work independently
● Language ability: Proficient in English and local language
● Role will be based locally
