JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that all raw and packing material issued are of as per the established quality standards and BOM.
• Ensuring of standard manning as per the line requirement.
• Ensuring for maintaining GMP, hygiene and HSE standards and responsible for taking corrective actions against the non-conformances highlighted while audit.
• accountable for preserving line-wise OEE and cutting waste.

   

• In charge of keeping production-related documents up to date and maintained (batch issuance log book, manpower use report, etc.)
• Internal coordination of routine tasks with all relevant parties (warehouse, quality, procurement, HR, etc.).

   

• Reduce the amount of time spent on breakdowns by arranging and monitoring with the maintenance crew.

   

• accountable for expeditiously reworking and promoting packaging in accordance with business requirements.

   

• to submit suggestions for continual improvement to management for execution.

   

• Recognize, consider, and put IFFCO’s vision and values into action.

   

• compliance with SOPs and the company’s code of conduct.

   

• At all times, adhere to the requirements of regulatory, BRC, FSSC, customer, and standards.
