Junior Stores Coordinator Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the store counter effectively and efficiently, ensuring all requirements are processed promptly.
• Picking and issuing parts to Production and counter-sales requirements.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are checked out and returned in the same condition by making reservations.
• ensuring that all counter operations are updated in real-time in the system.
• ensuring that tools that run on batteries are always ready to use and that they are charged as needed.
• ensuring that tools and parts that have expired are quickly processed and discarded.
• ensuring that cores and non-serviceable parts are quickly taken off the non-serviceable rack and processed.
• making sure that client, consignment, and serviceable stock are properly separated.
• Purchasing, collecting, delivering, loading, and unloading products locally.
• arranging the storage spaces and shelves according to need.
• helping out with all shop tasks and duties when needed during any shift.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder, preferably engineering/technical.
• Two years of work experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably in an Aviation Store.
• Hands-on experience in an Inventory Management ERP system.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Desirable:

• Good written and verbal communication and collaborating skills in English.
• Knowledgeable with Office 365, especially Outlook and Excel.
