JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • ensuring that the store is orderly and adequately stocked.
  • overseeing a group of retail workers, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
  • To see trends and make wise business decisions, sales and inventory data should be tracked and analyzed.

     

  • Maintain and control inventory levels to satisfy operational requirements and keep carrying costs to a minimum.

     

  • Keep an eye on the performance of your suppliers and settle any disagreements that may occur.

     

  • Work together with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and wants related to purchasing.

     

  • Lead and mentor the buying and store teams while cultivating a continuous improvement mindset.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a store incharge or similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
