JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations Provide perks to your guests, such water, juice, or warm neck pillows. Respond to inquiries regarding the general features and information of the property. Accompany visitors to and from the treatment areas. Regularly check the computer throughout the day for updates and schedule modifications. Keep the workstation, treatment rooms, lounge areas, and spa/salon locker rooms clean. Trash and used linens should be disposed of properly. After every shift, make sure supplies and equipment are secure. Provide supplies, toiletries, towels, and linens for the lounge areas, hospitality stations, and locker rooms.

REQUIREMENTS

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
