JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide the highest standard of customer service to clients whether Retail, Government or Corporate, using all tools that are made available. Attend all customer queries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.

Offer all dnata products, services, and loyalty programmes that are contracted by dnata Travel, offer information on destination and product to all customers to ensure that it meets their travel requirements.

Maximise the sales/consultation opportunity to cross sell/upsell any relevant auxiliary product to maximize the revenue.

Educate clients on all necessary requirements for their trip, including those related to a passport, visa, health, and insurance, as well as other specifics like the location and time of check-in.

Strive for continuous improvement of working ties while maintaining great working relationships with clients to inform them of new products and services.

Respect all DSES, AlBatross, and internal audit requirements in order to guarantee that we meet the benchmark that the customer audit team has established.

To provide clients with the best service possible, read, absorb, and apply any changes to the DFO, airline fares, timetables, and other pertinent procedures. If necessary, file pertinent information or materials for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS

More than 1 year experience in Commercial/Sales, Reservations & Ticketing

12 Years schooling or equivalent :

Excellent knowledge of geography and arithmetic

Excellent interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills to be able to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.

Knowledge of Dnata Front Office system/Airline and Reservation systems

Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.

Strong verbal and written English is a mandatory

Spoken Arabic or any other foreign language would be an advantage
