JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle and driver assignments based on customer orders and delivery requirements
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle availability
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Addressing and resolving any issues or delays in delivery and adjusting schedules as needed
- Working with other departments to optimize dispatch operations and improve overall efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within the automotive industry
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to effectively interact with drivers and other team members
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
– Familiarity with dispatch software and systems is a plus
– Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Dubai, UAE
– Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
